About call sheets

When writing call sheets, does anyone know what you put down for camera package?

Does the package ever vary? If not, no need. For a recent short our call sheets didn't even have a section for camera package since it was the same each day and didn't require reference.

Our call sheets have a space for it and "7D" is permanent. The actor's in my films could care less anyway.

But if needed, what exactly do you put down?

Do you just describe what is included with the camera, like tripod, battery/recharger, etc?
