A7s - XAVC-S vs. AVCHD - examples please

So, I know one is 50Mbps and the other is up to 28Mbps...but can someone show me a video (or two or three) that really shows me first hand the visible benefits from shooting XAVC-s vs. AVCHD?
Greater detail? Show me. More flexible in post? Can I see please?

I shoot long events and I'm willing to go the XAVC-s route if it really helps, but I'd just love to see any and all examples of how one codec is better than the other, and why it's worth 1/2 the recording time and twice the storage capacity.

Thanks in advance! :)

Anyone have anything they could show that would show first hand the visible benefits of shooting XAVC-S vs AVCHD. I'm sure it's "better" but I'd love to see how. Thanks!

Lol, just shoot XAVCS :) Here's are some examples from the web though I really don't see the point in recording lower bitrates when you're already only shooting 50mbps anyway. Once you're shooting Prores HQ, I can understand wanting to shoot LT maybe but you should really buy a decent card and they are dropping in price reasonable quick. 2:30 hours per 64gb card is about what you'll get with XAVCS.

More flexibility, better clarity. If you have a lot of motion, it'll be that much cleaner. Also, uploads should look better after all the compression added from youtube and vimeo.

Do you know any examples where they shoot the same frame rate?

I really appreciate the links and I agree about the whole "just do it" thing, but I wanted to see for sure if the difference was visible to the eye. Given that I shoot LONG events, space matters. The only issue I have with the two links you sent was that for some reason, both have AVCHD shot at 60p and XAVC-S at 30p. Why not shoot them at the same frame rate since the camera handles those two frame rates very differently?! When shooting with the A7s at 60p there's lots of moire/aliasing (however, if you shoot in crop mode those issues are essentially gone). However, when shooting at 24p/30p which is what the XAVC-s stuff was shot at, as you know, there's no binning so it's pretty much free of that moire/aliasing... so I feel like the examples weren't fair to start. Again, I really appreciate the samples CYORK, however are there any examples that you know of with clips shot at the same frame rate showing this flexibility and clarity difference?

That only compares cameras with different codecs, it does not compare different codecs on the same camera (A7s).

A7r has bad video performance anyway and the codec isn't the cause of it.
