A7s video went viral this week

Also Tim, was this a multicam shoot? Awesome Job once again. The colors are so vivid, reminds me of a RED Cam.
One of our guys shot this on the Dragon

I'm guessing the colors would look the same if it was shot on a RED.

For a more fun-music-videoey look I usually shoot at 1/80. Music videos shot on Red tend to get shot at slightly higher shutter speeds than 1/50. I think that's why some moments might look like Red footage to some people; we associate Red with the clean music video look. The moment I started doing 1/80 instead of 1/50 I got that same feeling.

Nope, just 1 camera, 2 kino flo diva lights, 2 assistants, and myself.

The colors actually looked not so nice before grading. I can maybe put together a before and after image/clip when I'm home.

And your video looks great! Kudos!
 
I'll be negative instead of silent, since you got 11 million views and hopefully can take it.

I think it looks bad, like video. Blown highlights, milky grading, dull lighting.

Tim, I saw this buzzing around the web and noticed it was an a7s- so pumped that you monitor this forum! Congrats man! :) You're going to have plenty of opportunities stacked after this - again huge congrats....these are some of the moments we all work for. Enjoy it,
