A7s time lapse of the Milky Way

I bought the app for $10 from Sony to try out it out. The stars in Yosemite are amazing so I set up the A7s on the porch of the room i was staying in and shot this. Turned out pretty good.

I used Slog2 in jpg. 30 second exposure for around 2 hours. Graded in premiere pro.

I tried using the app to make the final time lapse a movie but it would crash and then I would lose all the shots. Not good. Tested that a couple of times with the same result then did it the conventional way and made a image sequence in QT7. The app should be free and not cost $10 but it is Sony after all.

I read an article about the a7s specifically about astrophotography and they said it was one of the best options available, because of the super-crazy ISO. Not because you'll take the pictures at ISO 400K, but because you can set ISO to 400K for framing and you actually see the milky way on the screen, which helps a lot for framing.
