A7s + OSS Lens vs A7rII IBIS + Non-OSS Lens

For the purposes of handheld video use.. in the wide angle range (say 24-35mm).. how do the following compare
- A7s + OSS Lens (Say FE24-70)
- A7rII + Non-OSS Lens (FE28/FE35, 3rd-party lenses, etc)

Im trying to get a feel for how effective Sony IBIS is, versus Sony OSS, particularly for video
Have seen a few reviewers comment, but more for stills.
Also I've seen comments/videos of Sony OSS vs Canon OSS, or Sony IBIS vs Olympus IBIS (Sony comes out losing both of these comparisons).
However, I've yet to see much of Sony vs Sony..

There's a video somewhere where they test both IBIS and OSS and find that they are similar, but there's no "scientific" test out there AFAIK.
