A7S noobie getting ready to shoot nighttime

My friend recently bought an a7s and I have it borrowed for a shoot tonight during and post-sunset. I was looking at the forums and the general consensus for shooting seems to be cine4 with sgamut for better shadow DR and less noise?
I'm looking for the optimal lowlight DR. I'll be applying some NR via neatvideo to the footage.
There'll be no lighting at it is a documentary/event shoot.

Thanks!

IMHO if you're planning on NR in post anyways, you could try slog2 and expose for your subjects, which should be fine. I used cine4 on a night shoot and was underwhelmed, but admittedly I was using a 2.8 lens and shooting 4k, so no internal NR. if I get back to my computer sometime I'll upload some processed shots, some of which are fine, some are low detail due to noise (went up to 25600). At 52000 i started seeing some heavy magenta noise on the fringes of the sensor.
