When I use this combo in green mode, all is well. AF works (eventually) and the camera records video without issue.
Switching to advanced, I do get the automatic focus assist and focal length display (yeah!) but:
1 This lens will never, ever completely autofocus. Tried 20 times in various lighting and it hunts and gives up.
2 Tried several times recording video and it'll lockup the camera or just stop recording from the 2-5 minute mark.
Firmware on the adapter is the latest (I think) ver .32.
Going to test this with other Canon glass now - anyone else have this combo and can try it out? Even with a III adapter?
