A7S Indoor Gamma Recommendations?

i overexpose as much as i can .... at least 2 stops with PP7 . I have much less noise that way.
I am going as high as i can, until zebra is hitting my monitor (with zebra set to 100+)

I always try to overexpose by one stop. So, I set ISO 12800 when the light meter tells me to use ISO 6400. If you're not doing that, your limit will probably be ISO 6400.

Yes, with Slog2 I've been using +1 so far. Although +1 isn't so easy in these high school gyms. Exposure seems to shift by as much as 2/3 of a stop from one end to the other. And when shooting basketball, you're always panning from one end to the other...

For what it's worth, everything credible I've read so far says to overexpose by at MOST 2 stops with SLog2...

I started with +2 but then found some highlight issues in some shots, so I've cut back a bit to +1.
(it's a general rule in any case: I can go to +3 or -2 if the shot needs that, for example because I want to keep alive a very bright background)

i dont care much for highlights... even in cinema there is always some shots with overblown highlights.
I prefer to have a clean image and clean skin texture , highlights are not important in story telling.
