a7S II Rolling Shutter

Can anyone clarify if the tech was implemented as stated in the article below in the new a7S II and thus will have substantially reduced rolling shutter?

From what I've seen so far, the a7sii has the same rolling shutter as its predecessor. I recently watched a video from Phil bloom combining a metabones speedbooster while shooting in APSC crop mode in camera. The result is approximately the same field of view as full frame, incredibly reduced rolling shutter at the expense of more noise.

I have an A7s and A7sII
No noticeable difference so far as I see no "rolling shutter" in either, but I do not shoot 24fps.
4k DownRes to 1080P30 is very good in both and 1080P120 internal is silky smooth.
