A7S - IDing the serial number without camera

I'm in desperate need of help. My camera has gone missing and I need to file a police report. I can't find where I had my serial number written down. But I found the box. Is the serial number attainable from there? Any help with this would be appreciated. It's one of the few chances I may have at getting my camera back.
 
There are barcodes on the side of the box. One of those numbers should contain the serial number. Check your invoice/bill of sale for the camera. The serial number is often listed on that as well.
 
Probably depends where you bought the camera, but on my box there are 3 barcodes with numbers underneath. The first starts with a P- The second one starts SO1 and is then followed by the 7 digit serial number. The last one is the POS code.

Hey The Stevesy! If you go to any footage folder you have shot with the camera, check the .XML file of any clip .... your serial number and model is part of the XML info!
