A7s Focus Issues with Tokina 11-16?

Having a very strange issue with my Tokina 11-16 on my A7s.

I used it at 5pm yesterday (and earlier in the day) and had no issues. I took the lens off, used another lens for a bit, and then at 6:30pm I put the Tokina back on... but now, it will no longer focus to infinity. Doesn't even look to be half-way to infinity. I tried putting the lens in auto and letting the camera 'hunt' using the adapter, I've put it on full manual set it to infinity.... No luck.

Thinking I broke then lens, I tried it on my C100 -> works perfect, exactly how it always is....

I tested my Zeiss 28, Zeiss 85, Tamron 24-70, Canon 50, on the A7s -> The all focused to infinity no problem.

Sony A7s (firmware 1.10)

Tokina 11-16 (the other lens I put on was a Zeiss 85).

Scratching my head on this one. Any thoughts?

Problem solved thanks to a comment on an A7s user group on Facebook.
My adapter looked completely fine, but it was recommended to me that I try tightening all the screws on the adapter. None of them were 'sticking up', or looked out of place.
Figured, why not give it a shot.
3 of them tightened quite a bit -> My Tokina now focuses to infinity no problem at all!

I noticed my Zeiss 85 had also been less reliable with the aperture lately. Having tightened the screws, it feels like a tighter fit for the lenses, and the electronics are working great on all of them I've tried so far (tried the Zeiss 85 5 times, heh because yesterday it would work 1 out of 10 times!)

Thought I'd share in case anyone runs into this issue!
