I created a simple app for OSX to quickly and easily convert MP4s to MOVs to allow Resolve to use the audio: http://brightland.com/w/mp4tomov-for-osx/. A request was made for a Windows version, I released it today: http://brightland.com/w/downloads/mp4-to-mov-for-windows/. The OSX version is a simple compiled script, the Windows version is a native C++ app which includes progress bars, performance stats, and an option to toggle keeping the original files or not.
If there is demand I can add support for H.265 to H.264/ProRes (NX1), H.264 to ProRes (for slower machines), etc. For 5D3 RAW users, it's possible to hook into mlrawviewer and parallel batch process files to speed up MLV to ProRes conversion. It would also be possible to use 10-bit 422 H.264 instead of ProRes to reduce disk usage with little to no loss in perceived quality.
Let me know your thoughts and any other video processing tool needs.
