A7s External battery preference ???

I am making a dummy battery and will be powering A7s with either a Sony/Canon/IDX/AB power plate.

What is your preference for battery type. The NP batteries are obviously smaller but still have much more power than the internal A7s tiny batteries.

I plan to put this on a bracket that is either a shoulder brace or part of a cage, will be possible to use either way.

I also will use this for O7Q/Shogun, light or whatever power as well. The IDX/AB solution will be more pricey.

I just would like feedback on what this community would prefer.

I would love to have NPF batterie mount as I already own a FS700 and those batteries I use on Small HD on my Fs and even on my LED light setup. Thats my personal opinion.

If you place it in the Nex forum you can expect to hear NP the most.
I would also choose NP.

NP with battery life indicator LED and 1/4" mounting solution for cage woulr be ideal!

Yeah, NP here too. I'm a FS700 owner planning to get an A7s. Having only one type of batteries would make life easier.

The new Atomos Power Station which provides CONTINUOUS power by using TWO hot swappable external batteries is a great option! Probably the BEST option in my opinion...
