A7s Custom Picture Profile Settings

I apologize if this has been asked before, but I can't seem to find this in the, shall I say, less than perfect menu/button layout of the A7s.

I see a lot of threads here talking about custom picture profiles. It's straight forward how to choose a profile from PP1 through PP7 (I prefer PP5), but how do you apply the custom settings that get mentioned constantly in these threads.


Example:

PP4
Black level: 0
Gamma: Movie
Black Gamma: default
Knee: Default
Color mode: ITU709 Matrix
Saturation: -5
Color Phase -3
Detail untouched


Where are these settings?? And are there ways to save them as custom presets somehow? Any help to this super newb-ish sounding question would be highly appreciated.

Hit the menu button.
Navigate to the Camera menu (the first one on the far left)
Choose page 5 of that menu (the numbers run along the top)
At the top of that menu is Picture Profile - choose that.
This brings up the PP's on the side of the screen and you can move up and down to select them. If you move to the right on any of them, that opens up the options where you can tweak all the settings.
Then go to page 8 of the Camera menu - choose Memory - and then at the top you can choose which memory slot to save it to.
1 & 2 correspond to the dial on the top of the camera - meaning you can recall the settings by selecting 1 or 2 on the dial. M1 M2 M3 & M4 I think can be recalled using the memory recall option in the menu - just above Memory.

IIRC, whenever you are choosing from PP1 to PP7, you usually can click right to see and change all the details.
