A7s Color Grading Question

I just finished my first video using the A7s; a spec commercial for Kikkoman. I shot on a Tamron 24-70mm using the PP3 color profile. I didn't do any kind of color correction in post and still like the look of it! I usually do some small amount of Unsharp Mask in Premiere as a bare minimum, but when I do it to this footage I notice an instant loss of detail in the shadows. I also tried some of the ColorVision LUTs but they seem to be a bit much. Any ideas on how I can subtly enhance this footage? I'm pretty happy with it as it is but totally open to suggestions.

Try using Resolve and playing around with LOG and LGG. Changes the values for LOW and HIGH and get a nice curve going and then LGG to taste. I usually mix down the LUTs a bit because they do tend to come in hot. This looks like a really good place to start save for maybe being a little too warm. Subjective but I'd cool it down a bit and add some snap.

Thanks for your suggestions! Made a few changes... didn't want to go too far with it but I cooled it down a bit and added sharpness.
