A7S Auto Screen ADJ

I have two features I can't seem to find on A7S. Anyone able to offer an assist?
  • The LCD seems to be auto-adjusting no matter what the exposure is. How can I change it to reflect what the actual exposure is?
  • Through the viewfinder and when I have the data-screen up, I'm able to see an exposure meter, but can't seem to get it onto the LCD. How can I change it?

Menu --> Gear Icon (2nd tab) --> 3 page --> Live View Display: Setting Effect ON

That will show you the actual exposure. OFF makes it auto adjust.
