A7RII LCD View Finder Issue, HELP

Hey Everybody,

Wanted to see if anybody else was having the issue of both the LCD and viewfinder not working on there A7RII ? Mine has both turned off and I can no longer access the camera unless I have an external monitor... weird right ?

Currently the menu won't give me the option of turning either back on, saying the function is unavailable. Has anybody else had this issue ?

Appreciate any help!

Can you see anything from the viewfinder?
