The rolling shutter is much worse in S35 mode than in FF mode. That's the downside of full readout without pixel binning. Here.

Off what I saw on the A7RII thread in the Sony forum, not bad at all. I assume s35 has a higher resolution though, due to oversampling.

S35 4K --> worse than anything else I've seen, including the D90 and the NX1
FF 4K --> around the same RS as the 5D3
1080p --> much faster, pretty good actually
