There seems to be a bug when using an external monitor connected to the HDMI out of the a6300.
When the monitor is connected and turned on Center Lock AF and Smile/Face Detection become deactivated and are greyed out.
If the monitor is turned off, the Center Lock AF and Smile/Face Detection become available again.
This is a serious bummer. Are any of you experiencing this? Any workarounds?
