a while ago there was this thread....

....that was created by a member of the dvxuser.com community. this person, at the time, had recently been contracted by a studio who wanted to buy his script, and was offering quite a bit of money for it. anyhow, I remember that in the thread the user was really excited and wanted to share the experience with us all, which was great, but more importantly he included a guide to screenwriting which he had compiled through his years of writing. this guide was a PDF file that had 30+ pages of information about story pacing, design, character development, and the pairing of themes within a story-telling framework.

and, sadly, I lost the PDF right when I needed to reference it. I tried using the search feature of the forums, but unfortunately it didn't turn anything up because I can't recall much about the post other than what I wrote up there and I don't remember the user's name or the thread's name. so - I turn to you because hopefully one of you does. thanks!

nah I posted in the thread to see if the author would update the link. I haven't checked if he did yet. I guess I'll go do that now.

*edit*

nope not updated yet.

New links to the scripts have been posted. The pdf was only available for a few days and taken down per request of a few important people.

Thanks guys.
