The concept is kinda cool but the camera work gave me an f'n headache.

As far as the point.... don't know.


Just made me want to see a real clip of Reservoir Dogs.


Still... I like your work and will keep watching your stuff.

Who shot North Pole?

It's almost like they kept breaking the 180 rule.

It just didn't have the flow of your other work.


Like I said, on the other hand, your website is superbly designed.

Who's the designer?

Looking at the stills I can see how you were cramped and your camera movement could be limited.

Please don't get me wrong, I am just trying to be honest in conveying my opinion and impression of what I saw when i watched.

Others, much more educated, sophisticated, and well versed than I, might very well have a different opinion.

You most definitely have potential to go far and might even end up on SNL your damn self.

Only time and your perseverance will tell.

That was such a nice day! I've been well. Working really really hard. The sketch that I just shot took up about 3 weeks to put together. morning to night and morning to night. As soon as I would get off my day job, I'd be working on it until 3 or 4 am. How are you?

Everyone is entitled to their opinion :) I just do what I do. I don't get upset if everything doesn't please everyone. I just have to do what I believe ya know??

Yep... and like I said my only real criticism was the camera work.

The acting was good. Even very good.


With that said, you are very original and fresh and do not need in any way to piggy back other's work even in satire.


You my friend, have what it takes to make original work that stands on its own.

I codesigned it along with Joel Guerrero. It took Joel and myself about a a month and a half of working on it EVERY single day. Before Joel, I had gone through 4 different designers. No one could do what I wanted. I knew exactly how I wanted the site to appear and Joel was the only one who came through.

Thanks!! I'm really happy with it. I'm trying to promote it as much as I can. Whenever I get a short featured on Myspace I get a ton of hits, but I really want to find a way to draw more traffic to the site on a consistent basis. If anyone has any ideas on gaining web traffic, let me know. Thanks!

That is an amazing site indeed. Was it designed completely in Flash? I like the size and scale and how fast it loads and just really kick ass. I've been putting off building my site for a year now, but come January I have a new company name and a wife who's going to kick my ass or not put out if I don't have something up by the middle of February... I'm hoping I won't have to become a monk.... she's just trying to get me off my ass.. Website stuff is just so weird and such a compromise.. but your site gives me hope.. It's BADASS...

Could you describe your process for the site... I know it's about video but this is really something different to say the least..

After testing the film on a buncha different people I found out that it was too long. I decided to cut it into 3 episodes. Here is # 1. To keep the energy up, I made the music a little bit louder than I would for a film festival. Web video is such a different medium whan film festivals even if the content is the same. I kept the volume up so it's almost like a music video with words over the music because people have much less attention span for web than they do for tv or film. I hope you like it.
