Hey guys,
here's a sneak peak at my latest project! Short and sweet--hope you enjoy it. We sure did have alot of fun shooting it. I directed/produced with about 6 other crew members. One thing I learned though--extras need to leave once they're done with their shots. Too many people on set is never fun...:furious3:

Also, to all you faithful PC users out there, can you let me know if the embedded quicktime is working properly on your end? I've had some friends report it just showing up as a question mark even after a recent update.

thanks again everyone. I welcome any and all critiques negative and possitive!

-cheers-

Conceptually it's a bit all-over-the-place, but I think you did an admirable job shooting this. Good job.

How did you achieve the high-contrast look with the DJ at the beginning?

working on the encoding conflict for pc users...:Drogar-Thinking(DBG

yea, we had alot of conflicts and mixups on set, so ended up having to drop alot of scenes. I think that explains some of the 'all over the place' concept. But im excited about doing the next video--i think we'll make alot of improvements!!

I really like the opening sequence with the DJ in studio. Thought the cinematography was quite good there.

Ok, so I think i've fixed the bug. This time instead of just exporting straight through FCP. I sent it to Compressor and just used the h.264 preset. Hopefully it'll do it's thing for those of you having issues. **Also fixed some syncing issues**

One last thing you guys...Tonight, the band is releasing this video(being their debut music video) to their fan base. Be sure to drop by their profile(myspace.com/dgnrock) and show them some love! thanks so much in advance, we all really appreciate it. :dankk2:

Basically, we had the whole placed blacked out except for the hard key lighting. After that it was all After Effect's standard CC. Went through about 6 different looks before we all could agree on something (aka until everyone finally agreed with me, hehe).

Good job there. Nice composites, everything was clean. I could say I would have liked to see this here or there, but its just picking straws. Nice work.
