Seating starts at 7:00pm at UCLA - Ackerman Grand Ballroom And here is the kicker ADMISSION IS FREE!

Several other past projects of FPS Productions will be shown, so this will be an evening to enjoy the fruits of what is going to redefine what a "student film" is.

LOL! That's me, BTW. And yes, I am missing my index finger and part of my thumb, due to an accident with high explosives back in '94. Had to work that unique physical aspect into the script, according to the director.

The director is messing with me on this. Refuses to show me the full final scene where this screen shot is from. But he says "Definite Reel Material for you as an actor".

I hate being teased. LOL, I have everything else here for the IndieArms Reel, but he refuses to share that just yet. Says I will be blown away when I see it. Golden lighting, etc.
 
Okay, contacted the designer. MY LAST NAME IS SPELLED WRONG. Oops. Thanks Blue_Food, good catch. LOL, I didn't even catch that.........Errr.
 
1) I will admit that I am myself still wondering about the penguin and the polar bear.

2) It's true, Doc. The armorer *never* gets paid enough.

Matt, Tom, Karl, thank you for showing up!!!!!!!!!!! I am sorry I missed you Karl. I wanted to meet you. Everyone is so stoked about the turn out. We packed the Hall with nearly 1000 people. And if anyone showed up incognito, I thank you as well.

Now this "penguin" thing, sorry, still a bit tipsy from the after party. ?????? The "paid thing" LOL, the BTS clip. I was grousing a bit, but in a fun way.

I didn't show up incognito so much as show up an hour too early (somehow I thought it was at 7PM rather than 8), pick a seat up front, fire up the notebook and work on an overdue draft of a screenplay until the show started. I had my head buried but good, until the lights went down...

...sorry, Tom, I didn't spot you there either. It was a big crowd!
