Da Vinci Code-I saw it today.

i didn't like how they played it safe, i really wanted them to make it one of the daringest movies ever put to screen, but we get this convulted and confusing plot. the book was horribly written but common.

The Passion of the Christ vs. The Da Vinci Code

Two gangs of fanboys slapping each other's fables...

What nonsense.

[And for the record, I'm not an atheist].

Da Vinci Code is basically a retread of Dan Brown's previous book, Angels & Demons. It's nearly the same exact book. The characters and plotlines are interchangeable. I actually thought Angels & Demons was better, if just as daffy.

And this also:

But the monumental PR that supported Da Da Vinci Code book\movie still puzzles me.

If such effort was put in a campaign against hunger, disease or poverty in the world, maybe something real would have come out of it.

Both Da Code and Da Passion movies are pretty bad and pure speculation.

Nothing is certain about those matters, everything is a question of faith.

But one thing's for sure - nothing good comes out of violence.

The stupidity of humans knows no limits...
