Hey, I got cabin fever, and we are having a mini ice storm here in Portland, so I decided to go out and shoot some video, here are the stills, I will have a clip of the video up soon. Tell me what you think! constructve criticism would be appreciated.

constructive criticism:

although the ice storm left some cool subject matter, i personally feel that these shots lack composition. i didnt really know where to look in the shots. and the moments you chose DOF, it seemed to be overpowering the frame. the camera seemed to be at eye level. perhaps trying different angles, low and high, and off-centering your subjects in frame would be more desirable.

but hey, that's just what i like personally. kudos for posting.

i just put my finger on it. i went back and looked at all of them again. they all appear to be telephoto. did you shoot everything zoomed in? there just seems to be a lack of dimension. no perspective. try zooming all the way out for some shots. (if you didn't)
