I and I'm sure lots of other members in this forum would love to know some technical details of your footage i.e. camera settings, filters used, types of colour correction etc etc.

I know that some people are somewhat cranky about revealing this sort of thing but I'm sure you'd end up with with serious Karma enhancement not to mention the satisfaction of helping others..... So how about it people????

Experimentation is definatly a great way to find out new things (pass this on to your girlfriends and wives as well). I agree though..it would be great for people to post their settings and other notes of importance if they remember any and are logging this. It's all about sharing information.
 
I am not really interested in what settings folks use on their cameras as I have a bunch myself. What I would like to know is information on Compression and what settings you all use for that. I have seen some work on here that looks really good, crystal clear images, etc. I know that with good lighting and shot composition you can achieve that but I just finished doing some compression work and I know I had to do about 8-10 attempts to get the final look like I wanted it. The stuff I was compressing was for the web and it couldn't be no more than 2.5MB in size, so I had a challenge trying to get my file compressed down to that size but I got it after all those attempts!
