A Newbie Question! How to put Bitrate Values in pTool?

Hi, I have hacked GH1 and I want to tweak the bitrate settings for Better Results.
But I don't really understand the suggested values throughout the forum.

In PTool, I see the Following options for Bitrate.
Video Bitrate FHD/SH
Video Bitrate
Video Bitrate
Overall Bitrate

But when I see the suggestions on this page (or anywhere else): Stable MJPEG and AVCHD settings
the options are different. :Drogar-Shock(DBG):

C Settings:
-Video bitrate adjustment - c)50000000
-Overall bitrate adjustment - c)52000000
-Limiting bitrate adjustment - c)60000000

Where to implant the above values in pTool?
I am really sorry if this is Dummy Question...! :embarasse
