A newbie fowlup please help

i just got my hmc150 today ... yaaaaayyyyyy... i was so excited that a friend and i put the card in a just started recording... it was working .... there is a clip on card that is 2 hours plus long... it will only play 5 seconds and then stop every time you play it...
i know i made the mistake of not formatting the card... woooopssss... is there any way i can get this off of here please help me.. we film a tv show that has live performances and there is really no way to reshoot it.. i am gonna get deep into the manual tonight and see what and how everything operates.... Thank you all to answer this post...
 
yes i was playing it in the camera... it was a clip that was two hours long and it only played 5 seconds of it or so.. then would stop
 
Next time, be sure to always format the card in camera and make a shooting test before!!

But for now, maybe you can try to download the AVCCAM Viewer/Restorer in this page and try to restore your card.

Or you can copy the files on your computer and edit them using the AVCHD files or try to convert them to DVCProHD with the Media Concept AVCHD Transcoder.
