A little bit of advice please

Hi guys n girls,
I could really do with a bit of advice.
I am thinking of buying a brand new Panasonic DVX-100B ( if I can still get hold of one, it seems as though from a few telephone converstaions the stockists in the UK have said it has been discontinued), however they suggested that Panasonic have brought out the DVX-102B. So my question is has anyone got/used the 102 and if so is it better or worse, have things been compromised from the DVX-100B? Is there any clips on here that have been shot with the 102?

The 102 is the PAL version. it shoots 25p and 50i only (no 30p, 24p and 24pA options)
 
PAL is standard in some countries just like NTSC is in North America. Im prety sure.
 
Oh I see...cheers guys...Dont know what this bloke was on about then in this shop in the UK...
BTW has anyone in the UK found many stockists? Finding it really hard to track down many.
