That almost makes me think your being sarcastic. But the grab does look pretty nice. I might've missed it, but have you posted your spot or are you still working on it?

No, not being sarcastic at all, I am extremely happy with this shot. I won't be posting the spot as it's a corporate project, and I don't know if they would want me posting it before it's released.
 
Yeah, I had a feeling you weren't because the grab does look good, but I though't I'd ask anyways.

That makes sense about not posting it, hope everything works out great for you.
 
What settings did you use Brandon? Is the RC car cool or what? haha... I love those things, always have. And hey, I like greens and blues (love that fuji film) but if you wanna pop the reds, oranges and yellows, is there a good setting for that? Something "Kodak-esque"?

nice picture.

colors are nice and all, but yikes man, not sure if its the best you can get with the camera. Notice the Chromatic aberation looking stuff on the wheels bleeding into the bark of the tree.

Is your white balance dead on? Something is off about the picture.

The wheels are clear, see through, with lights inside, that's what you're seeing. Yes, it was white balanced. Thanks.

I've also for another superhero short I am shooting in a month (auditions are on Sat.) and I am prepping Smuggler's Ransom 2, and trying to get SR1 out the door... and my horrorfest film done.
 
gotta love the images this camera shoots.....I still feel it is unquestionably the best SD "prosumer" camera on the market....

...just my 1.75 cents after taxes....
 
The DVX is also notorious for not being able to reproduce purple. At all. It turns a lovely shade of... well, blue.
