A 'Good' Hacker Movie?

The only thing I can think of would be Hollywood's low-budget flick with boobs that never really had anything to do with technology or cyber crime at all other than a virus that sank oil-rigs. Poop.

Enter Cross-Talk. It's a first for me and movie making so please feel free to tear me a new one if anyone thinks this sucks. All I ask for is reasons other than "This stinks..." so I can make improvements because this is for you guys and not some demented idea of what I think a movie is.

Part2 is right around the corner so check back in a week and check it out! All I ask is that you guys download via my website rather than a direct link.

ZzzZzz.tv - Probably the end of the Internet...

Double-click the Cross-Talk folder and the link is right there. Thank you for your time and don't forget to tell me what you think!

hmmmmmmm......

How about a direct link, then maybe I'd check it out.

Just trying to figure out why you'd have to "double click" on something to get a video?

maybe it's just me.

I'm at about 19-21KBps, only 20% done. :( I'm running out of hard drive space, so I think I am just going to cancel it.

You should either find a better host, or compress it more

Well I watched it... A couple of quick comments:
Improvement
1. Why zip a file to save 2meg? Doesn't make a lot of sense.
2. The compression is awfull. I needed to view it at 50% to see an image for the camera part that wasn't too grainy to watch.
3. Grainy... Unwatchable
4. Plot... Didn't get it, was there one? Not trying to be harsh, but there wasn't a flow to it. If you were going for experimental, you accomplished it.
5. Footage, was this shot on the DVX100? Didn't look like 24p footage to me, then again, the compression was pretty bad.

Good Points:
Sound was good
The computer progression was nicely tracked
Very interesting computer screen stuff

Just my comments... You gotta do something about that server speed if you want people to watch though. Otherwise no one is going to check it out.
