Yes, that is a very good resource. It should probably be referenced from a stickie in this forum.
I was rather surprised at the signal levels cited for "instrument level", however.
"0.5~10V" seems like at least an order of magnitude higher than what I thought as "instrument level".

Generally good, but I did wish it was clearer in distinguishing between -10 dBv unbalanced "consumer" line level, usually associated with RCA connectors, and +4 dBu "professional" line level, usually balanced and on XLR or 1/4" TRS connectors. I also share Richard's skepticism that they got the "instrument" level specifications quite right. (As the article rightly points out, it's an amorphous concept at best.)
