Since I always seem to get lots of views and no comments - I'll comment
Disclaimer - this is personal opinion, I'm not claiming to be competent in any aspect of film making.
things I noticed:
the lack of noise in the bar - perhaps you could have added some background
the main character playing the piano - some closer shots to hide the face that he wasn't actually playing
The male character gave a really good performance
the most interesting thing is that if you took away all the audio & subtitles (not the music) the story would have mostly told itself, I really like that - I think it's a terrific short
