*A GAME* Name that movie (based on a still)

"anyone gotta guess on number 1?"

Well, I only know a few John Goodman films: Barton Fink, O Brother, Rasing Arizona, Big Lebowski, (I didn't see Coyote Ugly), Storytelling... maybe a few others, so, how about a hint, is it in this list?

3. That zombie flick about a guy driving around with an undead in his trunk to let it loose and then "kill" it with a purpose of making a fortune... ah, right! Fortune, Texas fortune! :D

ok, that's too much information to not Google, so, I'll defer my Google guess to a PM because I haven't really seen the movie and this game isn't about who can Google their way to an answer! ;-)

The director also made Remember The Titans.
 
I only know two movies where Jackson played a father:

Die Hard 3 and Fresh... and #1 is not Die Hard :)
