Been busy playing with the WoW beta, and there has been quite a few gray days in Wa. lately, and I'm still waiting on my backup batteries... etc etc etc, but here are a few grabs anyways. (also, if anyone cares, no CC applied.)

If it was a fish, that one would of been a whopper i think. It's actually a lillypad that had been knocked sideways by the wind, duck or boat.

Nothing too exciting. I need to get to 'da big city' and get some more interesting shots. It's still fun to see what the camera can do.

Hey Bop, nice shots. Is there a reason you are reducing the size so much? Kinda hard to see any details.

And btw, who is that in your avatar?

I was capturing the "grabs" in Vegas, and I only see two options for size there. I was trying to save space on my website (where I was hosting the pics) so I chose the smaller grabs from Vegas.

As for that "Avatar", I'm afraid that scary, moody looking dolt, is me. ;D

Hehe, gonna have to show my wife the "beanie boy" quote. My hair has two fashions. Either its extremely unkempt, as in that "I just woke up and saw a ghost" or it's cropped as close to the bone as I can get it, which makes me appear as if I had escaped from a mental ward.

While NOT attractive, it does seem to keep people from giving me sh*t when I travel into places where I'm the outsider. ;D

I can't argue with that. :D

The website was an old project that I did in a few days, just so I could take advantage of the free space that Comcast was providing me.  My "so-called" weirdness (i like to think of it as a twisted sense of humor) derives from the fact that I just don't give a sh*t anymore.
However, I really need to clean house there sometime, if I'm gonna devote time to the dvx.  I could get rid of my sophmoric attempt at humor and free up space for some snaps.

nice grabs. I also liked your FFXI stuff on your site. I played it in the beta phase and sold my free copy when it came. It's probably the only FF game I've never spent any real time on. BTW, what server are you on in WoW? I'm in test 20 playing an Orc Warrior. I'm only lvl 11 as of now but this game would destroy my life if I did not have the willpower to be able to pull away from it. Some nights that becomes harder than others.

Hehe. I stopped playing FFXI along time ago too. But I left that old stuff up there. Really need to clean house.

As for WoW. I'm on test server 31. I have both a level 19 Warlock and a level 8 Hunter. If you want to level up quickly, then do quests whenever possible along the way. Just killing stuff nets ya half the exp you can get compared to questing and killing at the same time. It is addicting, but since its basically like ffxi, which was in my opinion an Everqest Light, I don't know if I'm gonna buy it or not. It's kind of cartoonish graphic-wise. But DAMN, did you watch the INTRO movie :o :o :o :o :o

HOLY CRAP :o :o :o :o :o

BEST Animation, that made me not only want to play the game, but made me wish they made a movie with that much intensity.

The intro is amazing. As for it being EQlite, i think thats what i enjoy about the game. it trys to keep the playing field level between those who would spend mad hours playing and those without the ability to do so.

I have to agree. And to some extent thats a great thing. Such as the no-penalty death! I love that. But I miss the super unique items that could be found in eq. Either way though, if we gonna keep talking about EQ vs Wow, then lets move that conversation to the Cafe. *grin*
