A few Countryman earset question.

I watched a seminar this weekend and the lady speaking had a Countryman earset on her head. I could barely see the mic.
I videotape a lot of seminars and I use lav mics, but the Countryman earset type mic looks great and looks easy to set up.
Is there any cons or pros to this type of mic.
What style of model would be good for conference and seminars to use?
Any other info would be great.
thanks

Pros:

- Countryman E6 headset is the same mic element as the B6 lav.
- Keeps the mic in a constant position relative to the mouth.
- Available in "flesh" colors (as are the lavs) that make the mic blend in a bit in a live stage environment.

Cons:

- Visible on video, especially for close-ups.
- Has to be placed very precisely to avoid "wind" distortion from natural breath patterns in speech.

Everything the audio expert said, and now me...

MUST be double-ear. Single ear will unhook, guaranteed, only a matter of time. I don't know why it's even an option.

Cheers,
Craig
