I used jpeg video cleaner to clean the footage, most of the soft look was messing with the settings and focus in camera.

My bad its jes video cleaner, and Yeah I'm compressing the video right now. It should be up later tonight after I get off work.

can anyone explain the best method you use to get grabs? FCP, Mac Dual G5.
Thanks a lot.

Really nice looking grabs...super

You can just just double click the clip that you want, so that it shows up in the viewer find the frame you would like than go to Modify>Make Freeze frame and drag it to your time line file>Export>using QT conversion change Format>to still image and your done. If you are shooting 60i you will probably want to de interlace it.. or

By pushing Apple (Command) Key +Shift+4 This allows you to use your mouse to select a specific part of your desktop for capture. This will turn your mouse pointer into a cross, hold down the mouse button and drag to select the part of the screen you want. When you release the button the screenshot will "snap" that part of the screen.
