I just found these at home, in case someone is interested in them:
Anton Bauer to lemo plate. Useful for getting rid of the breakout box and making a super compact set up.
This EVF attachment was so handy. It grabs onto the top handle and lets you have the EVF in a much convenient place for studio set ups where the lenses often hit the EVF.
