95mb/s fix for NEX overheating?

I have absolutely no idea if this makes any sense or not but I´ve found a video on youtube of a guy saying he sort of stopped having problems with overheating with his NEX7 by using 95mbs sd cards. I remember having read a while ago that different sd cards have different temperatures, but I have no idea how hot these cards get.

I cannot post the video here because I´m firewalled but you can find it on this google search

its about the buffer. if the buffer is free'd up it doesnt get as warm. a 95mb/s sandisk extreme pro (gold) will allow a lot less stress on the internal buffer memory. During video capture for example, the buffer memory has to hold all the sensor information in real time as the processors do all the downscaling, compression, etc. if there isnt a bottle neck at the card write point there is less stress. I imagine the buffer memory used in the high speed shoot mode and in video capture gets warm. add this to any sensor heat build up and any processor heat and i imagine this is why the camera cant dissipate it quick enough. remove (or reduce) one of the heat sources and things get easier in terms of dissipating heat. memory stick hg-pro duo HX cards are equally fast and can be had slightly cheaper than the sandisks.
