911 Turbo video

Well, I think I'm 2/3 through my promo now. All that's left are the actual hot laps on the track, so this is the intro and then some.

I've already made changes since this render to make it flow better, but I thought I'd see what you guys think so far. I'll probably post the finished video here soon too.

I don't like the "pause" to the still frame at 2:06, though.

What effect was used to get the "reflection" type look at 0:15?? AE?

you can tell that no adapter was used, but there's some "blur" masks that looks like the one from MB looks. The anamorphic flare also

Thanks. Um, cut in Vegas, then painstakingly transferred into After Effects for onlining.

CC is mainly done in MB Looks. Presets are all right, but I like to start from scratch.

No adaptor and color grading in mb looks. You can do the same thing in any editor,but I like 32bpc (not to mention mb looks has that novelty factor right now).

Me neither after watching it a few times. Didn't turn out as I'd hoped. at 15 seconds, one of the tools in mb looks did that.

It's pretty simple actually. Layer, tinker, layer some more. Take random sounds and play them at the same time. Reverse them, add some weird filter or phaser. Anything is a possibility.

Wow. That was excellent. I particularly liked the paused "gritty" frames - it reminded me of the "Ich Will" video... very cool effect... great job!
