Checkout the panasonic website, the 2x8gig P2 Card package is done. It show only the 4gig.

But dont worry it is still in the supplies and accessories section

This might indicate that there will be higher volume of hvx200 than P2 8gig card avalaible soon. Let hope so since I ordered 4x4gig P2 card ;)

The links seem to work for me:
http://catalog2.panasonic.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ModelDetail?storeId=11201&catalogId=13051&itemId=94170&modelNo=AJ-P2C008HG&surfModel=AJ-P2C008HG

Maybe there was an update on the WEB page and the link went down for a bit.

I think Bob is probably correct (that they are in the process of updating their web page). But, if you go through the business page, then click on pro cameras, then DVC Pro, HVX . . . blah blah blah, the 8 gig card does not show as one of the packages (at this exact moment), and the package/8gig link Bob posted are no longer connected to the main page. I'll bet it does later though.

I read on another board that there was a drop in 8gb card prices. Maybe they have to re-price the package.

They had already re-price the package. But they removed it
