I still see quite a few people waiting for their Carrion Monitors and mine has been sitting not being used. So I want to offer it for sale to someone who can use it.

There is a scratch on the LCD that you will see in the pictures. You don't really notice it though when it is in use. I have pictures so that you can see.

I also took pics of this area to show that there are no dead pixels. I had it hooked up to my laptop and ran a little program called "Dead Pixel Buddy". If there were any dead pixels they would show up.

Accessories for sale with it are:
HD-SDI cable
DVI cable
Switronix power cable to plug it into the V-Mount base.
Ultralight mount with 8" & 5" arm (includes LCD Mount)

Price is as follows:
Carrion Monitor -- I paid -- $1820
Cables and Mount System -- I paid -- $276

On Ebay right now for $1199 usd for LCD & Mounting Kit & Cables. 1 day left. Item number 300338627079.

I think what eL producer is trying to say is technically, the unit is not new. It is used. It's more of a demo unit. If you go and buy demo units, you can usually get a good 20% knocked off. I think, given the scratch and the fact it is 6 months old, $1200-$1350 is a fair price for a unit like this.

That being said, if you can have it fixed and sold at the "new price", just do that then. I know if it were me, I would! :)
 
this is a great monitor, I was just on a set with this monitor and we were talking about how its disappointing they don't sell this anymore
 
Yeah, to bad he wouldn't pass along the info to someone else adept to producing them in larger numbers.

I am going to relist it for the $1350 suggested price. If I don't sell it I will get it repaired at OptiTek.
