Is it possible to set my A7s for 720P120 and record it on the Odyssey?
The internal recording quality is so poor that DownRes 4k to 1080P30 is like night to day,
so I assume an external recording of 720P would be a significant improvement too.
The Odyssey7Q+ offers a UHD->HD SuperSample mode, but that is to 1080p. It is not available in 720p. It can record 720p directly as a video signal, but only up to 60fps.
