Ever since I updated my 7Q to the 15.05 firmware, I have been getting interlaced lines at the bottom of the frame for about 10-15 lines. It is only in the realtime viewer also, once I go to playback, the problem is gone.
It is also only Prores, DPX the issue goes away.
Happens at 23.98, 24, 50, 30P.
Tried IF box and monitor out, new cables.
Can anyone else with updated 7Q firmware test their Prores monitor and see if they are getting interlacing at the bottom of the frame? I would like to know if this is something that happened with the firmware, or if it is specific to my unit. I guess I could go back to the older firmware, it was super solid. But I have also been loving the new LUT system.
Mitch, I'm sure you'll see this and respond at some point. I know you have already done a lot for our little community. Let me figure out if it's just my system before we proceed.
The F35 community should donate a F35 to CD so you can have one for testing with each update. Hahaha I doubt that will happen but we do owe you one for making a modern workflow for the F35.
I can supply a vid file if that helps anyone, it's a screen tear and then intleraced image below a certain point. Maybe 20 pixels high at the bottom of the frame. It does not record to the file, it only shows up during live monitoring.
