7D Exporting Problems in FCP 6

Hey, I am having some exporting problems. Everything looks good and plays fine in FCP for the most part. I have made all my footage Apple Pro Res. and the settings match on my time line. It's a skate edit. The whole edit is filmed in 1280x720 60i. When I export it to quicktime, all the clips that are conformed to 25p play smooth and look very good. But the others that are regular speed have a weird choppy look to them. I hope this is a problem that can be fixed. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

There is no 720/60i........

Let's start over with exactly what you shot.

How you ingested.

Sequence settings?

How you slowed the footage.

etc.

Ok, I shot everything in the 1280x720 60 setting. I imported everything with the canon software. Saved them to my external. I converted the clips in mpeg streamclip to apple pro res 422. The clips I wanted in slow motion I changed to 25 fps in Cinema tools. The Sequence settings are Apple pro res 422 NTSC 48 kHz. When I exported, the slow motion clips play fine. The audio sounds fine..but the normal speed clips have a weird choppy look to them.

Why aren't using the Canon EOS plug in?

What frame rate did you convert the clips to using MPEG Stream clip?

What are your sequence settings.

What are you using a 25p Cinema Tools conversion?

And what codec and frame rate did you export to out of your sequence?
