720pn vs 1080i ?

HI

Just bought HVX200, shooting a doc and we may blow up to 35mm. What is the best format to shoot in with this camera? I have heard different answers. Most say shoot in 720PN for best use of P2 card space but I also have heard that 1080i has 15% more resolution for blow up.

What does the source say??

Shooting in 1080p will look the best when you blow it up to 35mm, and 720pn will take up less space on the P2 cards. If you can afford the larger storage requirements of shooting 1080 then you should go for it, but 720pn works well enough if you can't. It's not a decision that anyone but you can really make.
