720P 50FPS by accident? Help, juttery footage

we have some footage which was shot at 720P (not PN) and accidentally let on 50FPS I think, it looks juttery and slo mo, any idea what we've done or how to rectify?

Speed it up with Time remapping.

when I speed up to 200% the footage looks too smooth and it's only half the time I need to it to be, I don't understand, I thought it wasn't possible to even shoot in 50FPS when you're not in PN mode, any help much appreciated.

You are very hard to please

Would it have been to short if you shot at 25fps?

...and yes you can shoot VFR in 720p as well as 720pn

cheers for trying to help. the 200% footage just needs the 50 frames taking out I think. I've got it looking good again now, but there's only half the clip for each of these.
