720P/30PN duplicate frame issue!

Hello, everyone. I have been researching a solution but can't see any so far.
I hope someone can help, thanks.

I shot some footage in 720p/30pn mode. When I log and transfer in fcp, I have also
unchecked "remove advanced pulldown and duplicate frames". Unfortunately, the
.mov file shows that every frame has two copies. I mean a 30 frames clip, only 15 frames
have motion and got another copy right after each frame! I thought my setting should be
correct and my earlier test didn't actually has this problem! Can there be any mistake?
My fcp settings:
system preset- dvcpro hd 720p 30
capture preset- dvcpro hd 720p 30 khz
compressor- dvcpro hd 720p 60
 
Hello Moderator, I don't think I did. I only use 720p/30pn.
What is interesting is that the professor couldn't figure this
out either because we didn't get this problem before so that
we are doubting that the school has change some preferance
setting which kinda causes some weird disfunction in fcp
