I have been having some issues with creating a DVD that looked good from some 720/60p footage and came across this Tutorial this morning http://bellunevideo.com/tutorials/CS4_HD2SD/CS4_HD2SD.html that covers a couple different HD Frame sizes and Frame rates. The whole video is interesting but if you are looking just for the 720/60p part let the video load and then skip to around the 9.15 mark...
