I filmed 720 60p in F1. So that means 60p in 60i mode isn't it. I did 60p filming but do not see it slo mo logically, because it was not playback in 24. If I do a slo mo in in FCP. like 50%, is that a real slo mo. I'm confused?
Read pages 34 to 36 in the manual. It will explain the whole thing. You have to shoot in native to accomplish this. I have found that 48 fames works best for slow motion. It's absolutely beautiful. 60 would of course be the slowest, but doubling frame rates will give you the best results.
The same holds true when editing on a timeline. If you want the best slow motion, choose 50%.
